When someone says, "I decided to wear my hair in a top knot today", what that really means is "I am too lazy to do my hair today"..at least in my world anyway!
I love this hat so much! I have always loved Lola Hats, the baseball caps with the fur pompom on top but when I saw this straw hat with a ribbon attached, I had to have it! I'm not exactly sure why, I mean it kinda reminds me of a prairie girl with a bonnet but I still love it. The admiration for this item must be contagious since it is sold out and hard to find!
Vintage floral broaches and pins have always been a love of mine, they are so fun to add a little unique touch to any outfit.
J.Crew sequins are always my weakness esp this rainbow, sequin maxi, I have waited a year for this one!!

This colorful rug lives under my dining room table. The colors are so bright that it hides any spills or stains and the mixture of colors, make the room less drab. I love rugs and am always looking for vintage or vintage inspired rugs. Love them!
I love easy DIY projects and this is one I am working on, adding some removable tassels to revive these older shoes..well see how they turn out, stay tuned!
This vintage turquoise necklace was one of my mother's pieces and I never thought it would turn into one of my favorite necklaces. I still am finding some of her stuff that have been tucked away in boxes and this one was one I found recently. I'll have to say, it was a great find.
And to end the day, this is a picture I took while standing on my back porch, the colors are breathtaking! I feel so lucky..
